Client project intellectual property transfers as per your service agreement after full payment. 4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access, content, feedback, and approvals required to complete projects. Delays in providing materials may extend timelines. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you provide (text, images, logos). We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate client-provided materials.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Project fees, retainer amounts, and payment schedules are specified in your proposal. Monthly retainers require 30 days notice for cancellation. Project deposits are non-refundable after work has started. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per your service agreement. We accept bank transfers, Wise, PayPal, and credit cards. Late payments may incur project pauses.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect confidentiality and comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable data laws. We never publish client projects publicly without explicit written consent. Case studies are anonymized by industry and country only. Personal data collected via contact forms is handled per our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy/. Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services with professional care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results, as outcomes depend on market competition, algorithms, and other factors beyond our control.
